“I just wanted to thank you so much for a job well done at 2 Lighthouse Way in Newport News. I’m sure you were not expecting to do a free job for an end unit when you donated a door prize at the yearly HOA meeting for Bernard Village. I am thrilled that my unit is again looking great on the corner for all who pass by on Pilot House.
I want to compliment you on your workers. Whether they are here doing the maintenance on the grounds or working on my individual unit, they are professional, pleasant, and well trained at their jobs. The young men that came today to put the mulch down were excellent, and definitely took the time to do it right. Not just dumping wheelbarrows of mulch down, but going behind every bush spreading it out in a very orderly way. Very respectful young men. Cleaning up with the blower, getting every piece of mulch off every bush. Sheesh, I was impressed.
All of your men represent you company well. I see that you have been in business for quite a few years. Bravo!”
